Subject: [Everyone] Meetings announcement

Fellow stringent appliers of rule-based rulesets,

It is now possible to hold Meetings on Ice.

Should you wish to conduct a Meeting on Ice, please do not book a
meeting room, but instead book a timeslot on the newly-installed rink
in the basement. Slots are available as hours or half hours. The
timeslot booking sheet has been stuck on the noticeboard above the
Level 3 kitchen serving hatch; please ask for a stepstool if you are
too short to reach it.

Meetings on Ice should only be held by individuals who have passed the
Ice Skating For Windows NT training course; all participants will need
to show their pass certificates before entering the rink.

Skates are available for hire at the rinkside booth, for a nominal fee.

External suppliers and clients are allowed to enjoin Meetings on Ice
as long as they can demonstrate basic Ice Awareness. However, use of
the Touch Screen Executive Computer should be kept to a minimum during
all ice-bound manoouvres. If there is a need for continued use of the
Touch Screen, one meeting participant should be nominated to stay Off
Ice to conduct the Touching required.

Kind regards

Giles
