Ben, I would refer this issue to your Pay Roll Review Committee (assuming you've set yourself up as one). But be careful, as I imagine such activity might appear suspicious and attract the attention of your Remuneration Oversight Board (assuming you've set yourself up as one) who are notoriously picky about such matters.
