Hi Ben

If you are having trouble with your Pay Roll you can report yourself
for under-performance against your key Pay Roll metrics. This will
initiate a Pay Roll Performance Intervention from an randomly assigned
colleague with ten working days. In the meantime guidance will be
given for Pay Roll improvement which will be revisited in your next
colleague appraisal.
