[Everyone] Re: Pay roll

I would just like to clarify the current position about getting paid twice.

On Friday I(i) accidently submitted two pay forms. I(ii) then spent the
weekend spending the extra money because I believe that if I(ii) gets paid
twice, then that's my(i) fault and I(ii) should therefore be entitled to
spend the money. According to the Colleague Comfort/Discomfort Attire Index,
I(i) should inform I(ii) that the money should be repaid but I(ii) feel
that I(ii) should be entitled to appeal. If I(ii) don't repay the money I(i)
will be forced to report myself(ii) to my(i) line manager. In the meantime
I(ii) will be contacting my (ii)'s union rep (do we have one?) to put
my(ii)'s side of the story across in an attempt not to have to repay what
I(ii) believe is rightfully mine(ii) and what I(i) believes should be
repaid.

Hi all,

Many thanks for the clarifications Anno. Of course, I was swiftly reminded
of this devolvement of power when I searched RARD for members of the Payroll
team and it gave me a list of everyone in the company!! The happy memories
of the payroll support training week came flooding back!!! Teambuilding at
it's finest.

I understand that one member of our team of colleagues was paid twice last
week. I hope that person will be following the matter up to rectify the
situation with Payroll (themselves) ASA{P.

Thankyou.
