Dear Ben

Polly retired at the end of last year (you may remember the 'tiki
christmas' themed party that gave rise to a change in the Colleague
Comfort/Discomfort Attire Index - documentation which you should have
signed and returned to your PeopleSoft Matrix Lead).

Pay Roll has, as part of the Move/Change empowerment plan now been
devolved to the most local level possible- yourselves! (you should
have been given individual payroll support support as part of training
week, failure to receive this training is a disciplinary offence).

>From now on all colleagues are responsible for all administrative
tasks involving payroll, this includes keeping your bank details up to
date on the Employee database, getting your timesheets to and from the
TimeGate team and submitting your own expenses.

Should you encounter any payroll difficulties please complete an
internal 'Issues arising ticket' with the Colleague Facing Finance
Team.
