Thanks Anno,
I think I understand. Please can WISE have April. This would require the
least number of redundancies. Do I need to inform recruitment that we only
want people born in April now? It's quite difficult already with all the
equal opportunity targets to satisfy too.

Subject: [Everyone] New birthday guidance

Dear Colleagues

Recent changes to the guidelines on appropriate birthday celebration
(in the office setting of course) will be released later this week -
those of you with birthdays this week should continue as your
department considers normal, those with birthdays falling from next
week onwards will now have guidance on appropriate celebratory
behaviour. As usual any queries should be directed either through your
matrix lead, your floor captain or through the central PeopleSoft
portal.

To further enhance your standardised birthday experience PretendOffice
will now be providing birthday cards to each department on a needs
basis. These cards come in the following packs and can be customised
with the departmental heraldic device and a photograph of the
departmental executive lead. Orders can be billed to your Jollity
budget.

The following messages are available:

"Wishing you a consolidating year on this your Birthday" (teal)
"It's your birthday! I hope your year end goals were achieved" (salmon)
"Happy Birthday colleague(s)" (sunblush)
"Your not over the hill your the light of an oncoming train!" (antelope)

Minimum order is 200, order from N Brody in Flat Media: Rm F451
Increased Zeal building, Central Campus.

Many thanks

Anno
