[Everyone] Resuming duties

Dear Colleagues

A big thank you to Limahl and MightDenzil_76 for holding together the
combined forts of PeopleSoft and Move/Change through my secondment to
Interdicks Partners in Australia over the last couple of months where
I was leading on their human change management process for their
Chinese penetration. I've learned a lot - not least that sometimes its
not enough to simply penetrate, but sometimes to stimulate also! This
penetrate/stimulate people dynamic will be the subject of a learning
lunch to be held at tea time before crackerjack tomorrow in Alex Reid
- where I shall also be showing a selection of my photographs from
Interdicks away-in-the-bush weekend challenge in the outback!

Its fantastic to be back and I'm really pleased with the new
ornamental moat surrounding the (re)training centre.

Looking forward to moving forward with all you pretenders!
