Hi all,

Please note that those colleagues who are delegates to the Travis County International Solutions Conference 2010 in the USA America next month should fill in their travel plans on the Travel Dept's pink travel request forms (Travel won't be "online" until April at the soonest earliest) available from Daljit.

All delegate colleagues should be sure to attend the weekly planning meetings prior to the trip so that we can be as affective as possible while at the conference and maximise our time there in terms of usefulness.

Also, please familiarise yourself with the company Travel Policy re reimbursable expensees, non-reimbursable expenses, car hire, extending trips, etc, etc, et al.
