Dear Paul and Giles,

Cleansing solutions have asked me to contact you vis a vis an invoice you need to raise for a power hose, bleach and a new set of shoes for Gladys. The total comes to £151-13. Please send this over to Cleansing Solutions as soon as possible but do not deliver it in person as Gladys is still recovering and may find your presence overly traumatic.
