Phil,

I'd like to run through the systems in place for the replacement of those team members identified by you as 'flotsam' by the new polish team coming in today. I'm very much looking forward to initialising the new boys and getting them comfortable in the workplace as soon as possible!!!! To that end I will leave it to you to inform the redundant of their current position vis a vis the Poles. And are you quite certain that you wish to add Eve to this list? I'm not sure that our insurance will cover the fall out - you might want to check that with chequing?
