Evelyn,

I'm being called as a witness this afternoon for our appeal on the  
councils repeated rejection of our application to extend Campus 2 onto  
the unused land to the east. The council and residents association are  
claiming this land is actually a village green.

I recall we did a study that demonstrated that as recently as 1863 the  
land was part of the estate of John Lomas who's manor forms part of,  
or rather used to form part of, The ThinkTank.  I'm going to need a  
copy of this report for submission. Can you also russel up some kind  
of 'residents association' who would like to see this land put to a  
proper use. Theres budget for some incentives.
