I've just heard through the grapevine that Cat has been sending emails
around promoting the new recruitment catchphrase: 'when brown you
frownhttp://mail.yimg.com/a/i/mesg/tsmileys2/02.gif when white all is
bright'http://mail.yimg.com/a/i/mesg/tsmileys2/01.gif!!! Do you think she's
going to be trouble?

And what is it with all the smiley faces. They've burnt onto my retina and
stay with me all day.
