You might notice a strange aroma around the building this morning.
There is nothing to be alarmed about, it is merely the by-product of
an experiment in the Customer Retention department. Please do not
enter Customer Retention without protective clothing, which can be
obtained from the supply cupboard next door to Hitcombe Bottomly.

The aroma is fairly pleasant after you get used to it and have
attended the Customer Retention - Enticement or Threats? seminar and
have been made more aware of the saliviant facts.

Under no circumstances should anyone contact a plumber.
