We're full. Again. As we have been for the past seventy-six capacity
reports. Can I just give you a report when something changes, rather
than informing you, yet again, that you need to hire more IT staff
(and, this time, *competent* ones)

This might be due to the number of staff asking about making the
calendar work on their iPhone, I hasten to add.
