Not to worry Phil, and I hope you arrived in time for your meeting! Once I'd
recovered my breath, I rang Anno from the dismount area in Holly Willoughby
and she accompanied me to Wellness for some arnica cream. Of course I
undertook the standard "Return to Work from in-Office Incident" assessment,
and was pronounced fit so all's well that ends well. I hope our heroes in IT
enjoyed the mini-rolls I brought them this morning! Tom seemed particularly
unnerved by my screaming at the time of the incident, so I offered him two.

By the way, I don't suppose you or anyone in your team might have seen my
coffee mug? It's Pantone Lilac (2583C), and while I can understand why
someone might want to borrow it as it is more generously sized than most of
the others, Lilac is my Inspiration Colour -- as well as my favourite flower
-- and I particularly appreciate it with afternoon tea. If you see my mug
around I'd be very grateful if you could rescue it and stash it in the
stationery cupboard.
