Hi all,

It has come to the attention of the Visioning and Innovation Joint
Executive Committee that we're in danger of missing too many great ideas
that are thought of and then have nothing made of them. We realise that
ANYONE can have a good idea, even those of you below VC level, and we
want to enable your ability to contribute to the innovation that drives
this company forward on an ongoing basis.

To that end VIJEC is in the process of initiating proceedings to
establish a new innovation process for capturing, incubating and
fostering bright new ideas from anywhere in the company.

And to demonstrate quite how important and fundamental this will be to
the foregoing success of our company we would like to hear from YOU if
you have any (good) ideas about how innovation should be captured, and
fostered. This is YOUR chance to input into the process!

So if you have a good idea about how to capture, incubate and foster
good ideas, don't hesitate to print out the appropriate forms which you
can find on the wikky. There are two forms, one describing your idea for
VIJEC and one for the Patent Evaluation and Application Team, and you
should fill out three copies of each one and submit them upward via your
line managers. (NOTE: Obviously, the PEAT forms will need to be posted
to Leicester.)

Thank you in advance for your AWESOME ideas about ideas - I speak for
all of VIJEC when I say how excited we will be to receive the good ones.

(Please note: As per your contracts, all ideas you have while employed
by Pretend Office are the property of Pretend Office whether you fill
out the idea submission forms or not.)

Thankyou.
