[Everyone] Calculators!!

Hello everyone!!

Just to remind you all about item 78 from the Savings and Efficiency  
Taskforce Away Day Minutes (page 40): ALL calculators have to be  
returned to me in the stationery store by the end of today. You should  
now be using the 'Calculator' application on your desktop computer if  
you need to crunch any numbers!! If you're not sure how to use this  
application, you can refer to page 340 of the IT manual that was  
distributed to all employees six years ago (I've still got several  
hundred spare copies if anyone has mislaid it!!) where there are  
extensive instructions.

Hopefully this will mean less cluttered workspaces leading to a more  
harmonious working environment (plus we are going to try to get a  
refund from the supplier).
