Dear All,
 
The air conditioning is temporarily out of order due to a possible outbreak of Legionnaires disease - Jess in Magaluf has gone down with something to do with boils after spending all day standing in front of her unit yesterday. Please be assured that we in maintaining appearances will be working up a sweat to get your air conditioning service back on line before odour levels reach dangerous levels. 
 
Meanwhile, wellness will be dispensing hand fans and travel size deodorant wipes. 
 
I have been asked by Anno to remind you all to adhere to the strict clothing directives handed down yesterday. Please note that the maintaining appearances boys have been given special dispensation to remove their tops whilst working on the units in Peoplesoft.
 
TOXIC FOG IN IT - We will be dealing with this as soon as our hazmet suits arrive. Please confirm that the fog is restricted to teh area around Barry's desk or has it spread.
