[Everyone] Health and Safety Policy Update - Buddy Care Scheme (edition 2)

Due to the recent highlighted problems with the current Buddy Care scheme,
please replace the old Section 4.192 in the Health and Safety policy booklet
with the following new section 4.192. 

 

N.b. The new Buddy Care scheme will start on Wednesday at 2pm. Feedback
appreciated where positive.

 

Health and Safety Policy

Section 4.192 - Buddy Care (edition 2)

 

Pretend Office maintains a Buddy Care scheme to ensure that no employee is
lost in the building for more than two hours. 

 

During induction, every employee should be introduced to the Buddy Care
scheme and given the mobile phone numbers of their buddies and their Buddy
Care Group Leader.

 

Buddy Care Action - What you must do.

You (PO employees levels 1-6) are required to text each member of your buddy
group at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm every day and at weekends. Each member of
your buddy group should reply within one minute. In the event of a buddy not
replying you are required to text your buddy care group leader. If your
buddy care group leader doesn't reply within one minute, all other members
of the buddy care group should be texted and a search of the PO building
should commence.
