Are you on the VPN, Ben? You can only get your N drive outside the
office if you're on the VPN, or, alternatively, logged into one of our
Citrix boxes. I don't think you have Citrix access, so you'll need VPN
access. Do you have an authenticator fob, as well? You'll need that
regardless.
