Hello everyone.

I've been out of the office for a week, with limited opportunity to
check email, but should warn you that there may be some adverse
publicity from one of our international restructuring undertakings.

As part of the settlement with the Icelandic health and safety
ministry over the incident in Rekjavik, staff at the Hofn offshoot
will tonight be participating in a midsummer cull of Arctic seal pups
on the beach to show cultural solidarity and a commitment to the local
economy in troubled times. I'm sure that you find the clubbing of
helpless baby mammals as grotesque as I do, but failure to participate
would be considered a breach of our settlement.

As a result, we've also had warnings from Europol that Pretend Company
premises in Hofn and elsewhere may be targeted by animal rights
protesters. I'd urge all team leaders to encourage caution and
vigilance over the next few days.
