A new Movements Chart has been erected in Anneka Rice. The Movements
Chart tracks all our movements and is a widely recognised new tool for
the success of the company.

Therefore, please record your Movements on the Chart at all times.
Even small Movements should be added because they nonetheless have an
impact on our overall performance.

Larger Movements might require a bit more effort, but the Executive
Accounts team hopes you will understand the importants of recording
your Movements irrespectively.

If you are unable to record your own Movements on the Chart yourself,
please contact one of the secretaries and ask them to Check In or
Check Out your Movements as appropriate.
