[Everyone] corporate video

Hi Crew,

The team from Terminal Productions will be here today to do a recce for this year's video. A recce is when the creative people look around the locations they want to use and find camera angles, quirky people and interesting stories that might be included in the film - I'm sure we can find plenty of those around here!!!!!! BUT given the tragic, unfortunate nature of Friday night's happenings we obviously want to show respect to those defective and affected so please, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, mention the police of the events that have led to their presence here within. And please do not disturb maintenance whilst they erect the false wall between Zammo Maguire, Fetlock and Armand Augustin Louis de Caulaincourt  and the rest of the pretend office.

Can I also add that all floor captains are to submit an interim damage/impact assesment of thier areas by midday. (impact assesment forms are available on the portalway).

Discipline group leaders will need to attend the 15 minute security debrief in Anthony Blunt at 4pm.
