Anno,
Thank you for your email which I looked at.
I used Wikipedia to find out what Ethical means and it suggests 'Ethics'. Is
this the same thing?
Regards

Subject: [Everyone] Ethical Orientation interim outcomes

Dear Colleagues

Following Pretends recent Ethical Orientation Day our Consultant
Ethics Facilitators Groupthink have been hard at work condensing all
the brilliant input you gave to the day into easy working principals
which all Pretend employees can enact in their daily business
progression.

Pretend Ethical Principals:

Pretend is an ethical business that values the ethical awareness and
insight of Pretend colleagues, customers, partners and shareholders
and their ethics.

Pretend employees and managers bring their personal ethical framework
to bear on the creation of Pretend ethics, Pretend ethics are at the
heart of everything Pretend does, ethically.

Pretend's ethics are based on the shared principals of shared-ness and
fairness. And also of Integrity and Trust, which when used ethically
are the basis of our ethics at Pretend.

At the heart of Pretend's ethics are the ethics of Pretend in the
Community behaving ethically. Pretend is part of a shared Pretend
Community where ethics are important and valued.

Pretend as a company must ethically produce profit for it's
shareholders in a way that benefits the Pretend Community as a whole:
it's management, employees, partners and the wider community. To
function ethically in an ethical way Pretend must have a clear
capability of growth, albeit ethically.

Innovation is an ethical principal of Pretend. Only through
innovation, not just in products, services and processes, but also in
ethics, can Pretend continue to ethically serve the wider community of
Pretend.

The ethics of Pretend are the ethics of our people lead by our leaders
who lead us ethically. The leadership of Pretend sets the key ethical
standpoints of Pretend created by our community.

Groupthink have suggested condensing these easy and salient ethical
principals into clear ethical objectives:

Community, Trust, Innovation, Leadership, Value, Growth.

In the coming weeks Move/Change and Groupthink will be holding further
creative spaces to enable us to apply these ethical criteria to all
Pretend activities and projects.

Please check your zones' Move/Change noticeboard for details of these
creative spaces.

Many thanks once again for all your fantastic input into this learning
process.
