Hey James,

That's a good tip! Perhaps we could start a daily "Did you know" set
of tips for us less computer-literate types. Mine is as follows:

If you use a Microsoft Computer and you are running XP or Vista, and
you are running out of memory, then you can delete the Windows
directory to free up some memory. It's OK to delete this because you
are running Microsoft XP or Microsoft Vista, not Microsoft Windows.

We did this a while ago in the Postroom. I didn't get a chance to
check how effective it was though, because IT took our PC away and
gave us a "dumb terminal" for some reason.
