Hi everyone!!

Just to remind you that I'll be popping round to your desks later with  
my sponsorship form!! As you all know, next month I'm rollerblading  
across the Himalayas to raise money for the 'Eggs for Africa appeal'!!  
While I'm there I'll be doing a quick hospital building mission in  
Nepal!! How exciting is that!! So make sure you give generously!!

There'll be plenty more opportunities to give to this important cause  
as my fundraising target is £28,000. Remember, it may be the credit  
crunch here but you could really be making a difference to lots of  
African lives today through the egg appeal.
