Dear All

As you are no doubt aware Pretend Company will be relocating to new
offices in the next couple of months, a move which will ensure we can
harmonise cross departmental strategic operations and create spatial
synergies beneficial to meeting our vision goals.

However alongside the many benefits of the move there will also be a
significant degree of upheaval, not least to the several business
units who will be reconfigured depending on the outcome of the
cross-corporate resource visioning that Phil is leading on.

In order to keep all colleagues up to date on move and reorganisation
issues Corp Exec has is creating a cross disciplinary and cross grade
network of pro-active Move & Change Captains. This will be a matrix
system based on floor ‘posses’ (for the ‘Move’ captains) and
disciplinary or team representatives (for the ‘Change’ captains).

We have already appointed a number of Move and Change captains and
will be in touch about the Move and Change group meeting schedule
relevant to your floor / discipline. If you are unsure who your Move /
Change captains are – or unsure if you are one - please contact a
PeopleSolutions partner who will be happy to help.

A briefing will be help in The Grass Arena at 1pm tomorrow where
Lothar will talk through the Change/Move programme.

Remember, it’s your Move! Your Change! And it won’t happen without you.
