I just got in from my Drums Alive! class and I've noticed that someone 
has been at my protein shake mix in the kitcehn. Please do not touch it. 
  My name is written on it. I don't come round your house and drink your 
Muscle Milk, so please do me the courtesy of leaving mine untouched.
