Hi all,

Please, if you find yourselves with a blue or green hat, DO NOT wear it
unless qualified to do so.

As those of us present for the Six Thinking Hats seminars of 2007 know,
green hats are associated with 'Alternatives and creativity' and blue
hats are for 'The Big Picture'. Consequently they should only be worn by
those for whom these areas fall within their remits and purviews.

Although it's tempting to put on the hats that are here now, PLEASE wait
until the correct yellow Positive Judgement concentration hats arrive.
Anyone of an insufficient level on the ziggurat seen wearing a blue or
green hat will have to talk to Lothar in his black Critical Judgement hat.

Please be patient, and we will soon be able to put aside the whole red
'Feelings and Emotions' concentration hats episode behind us.

Thankyou.
