Was Sharon the one with the squint or the one with the limp? (Sorry if 
it's not "PC" to ask that!!)

Jen, good to have you on board and thanks for your cooperation earlier. 
I hope you managed to get your drawers straight after I left - sorry I 
was in such a hurry but hopefully I'll next time I'll be worrying less 
about my pen and we can introduce ourselves properly!
